Daily WOD 2/10/2017

I didn’t get around to posting all the workouts from this week as I’m re-learning everything about posting on a blog. This is the workout from today. Happy Beach Body Friday!

Poor Man’s 7

7 rounds for time

7 handstand push-ups
7 squats
7 pullups
7 burpees
7 push ups
7 sit ups
7 toes to bar

Bonus Round: Abs (2 rounds)

30 v ups
60 bicycles
30 situps
60 flutter kicks
30 toe touches
60 mountain climbers

If you really want to do a full Ab WOD do four rounds and add a 400 m run at the end of each round. Should be fun!
